He has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in Human Resources Management, Finance, and Sales, both as a practitioner and a consultant. He is a highly qualified and experienced consultant, specializing in human development, leadership, management, and a range of personal and professional development skills. He speaks and facilitates at several leadership, people development, and human resource management engagements annually within and outside of Nigeria.

He is an experienced HR Generalist with competencies in HR Strategy development, HR planning, curriculum development, knowledge management, team management systems, staffing and recruitment, succession planning, talent management, and competency development. His passion is to translate the Human Resource Management function into a strategic partnership in which executives embrace the HR element as a value-creating component for organisational growth and success.
