He is the Managing Partner of FirstExcelsia Professional Services Limited and he provides strategic leadership for the firm’s operations across several states in Nigeria.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria, and a number of other respectable professional bodies which include the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-USA), Nigeria Institute of Training and Development, and Nigerian Institute of Management.

Olugbenga has designed and successfully deployed several organisational development and management consulting interventions for leading brands across most sectors of the Nigerian economy. He holds a first degree in Industrial and Labour Relations, a Master’s in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) and another Master of Science in Organisational Behaviour.
